We take great pride in safely delivering our handcrafted pieces to your doorstep. Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand timelines, costs, and other important details.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India — to all major cities and most pin codes.
  • International shipping is currently not available but will be announced soon.
  • For remote or difficult-to-access areas, deliveries may require additional time.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
  • Made-to-order or custom items: 10–20 business days depending on specifications.
  • All orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 4–7 business days.
  • Tier-2 cities: 6–10 business days.
  • Tier-3 cities and rural areas: 8–14 business days.
  • These are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability and regional conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on the product size, weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹10,000 to major cities.

Delivery Partners

We partner with reputable logistics companies including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and dedicated furniture logistics providers for bulky items. For large or fragile items (e.g., wooden swings), we use specialized furniture delivery services to ensure safe handling.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your shipment in real time. For order status inquiries, please email us at support@candorform.com with your order number.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and immediately contact us at support@candorform.com. If the damage is noticed after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the carrier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package will be returned to us and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
