Eligibility for Returns
- •Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- •The product must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
- •Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- •Items damaged during installation due to incorrect setup are not eligible for a refund.
- •You must provide photo/video evidence of the defect or damage at the time of raising the return request.
Non-Returnable Items
- •Customized or personalized products (special finishes, bespoke dimensions).
- •Products that have been assembled or installed.
- •Items marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased during clearance events.
- •Gift cards and digital vouchers.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@candorform.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same product in cases of manufacturing defects. If you wish to exchange for a different product, the return must be approved first and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
How to Initiate a Return

- •Attach clear photos or a short video of the issue.
- •Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- •Do not ship the item back without receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
